The instinct is to look for answers, but the truth is that questions that teach us most. It can also be that the rhetorical questions–the ones that don’t even seem to have answers–that push and move the hardest. Who do you think you are? What does all this intend? Why? Why? Why?

The right interrogation at the right time can change such courses of their own lives, can still a unstable knowledge, or regenerate an exasperated centre. While specific situations can produce its own, there are twelve cross-examines, I judge, that deserve to be asked not just once but many times over the course of a lifetime, some even many times over the course of the day. All these happens keep us working–but not on the job that actually significances.

What Is The Most Important Stuff ? If you don’t just knowing that the most important thing is to you, how do you know if you’re putting it firstly? What it makes is that not only do you have to start weighing yourself by family-related metrics, but you have to stop likening yourself to beings with various priorities. Who Is This For? If you’re making something, selling something, to reach people you have to be able to answer this question. It is shocking how many inventors, scribes, salesman, even legislators never vex to stop and vanish: Who the hell is my gathering now? Is This Who I Demand To Be ? Our mind has the cunning ability to start the distinction between what we do and who we are. The problem is that this is complete rigmarole. You can’t be a good person if your actions are consistently bad. You can’t be a hardworking person if you take every shortcut you can. It doesn’t substance that you say you love someone, it simply matters if you show that you love them. Remember Cheryl Strayed’s line: “In your twenties you’re in the efforts to growing whom you, so you are able to as well not be an asshole.” This is true for life itself. You are what you do–so ask yourself whenever you’re doing something: Is this reflective of the person I want to be? That I assure myself to be? How we do anything is how we do everything. It is who we are. So ask this question about every action, thoughts and message. Because it lends up in a way that no sum of self-image or mind ever will.

Last question. Sort of. It comes from the great Viktor Frankl, the psychotherapist who survived the Auschwitz and wrote many beautiful books. He tried, as best he could, to try to address that perennial question that every philosopher and thirsty young person has fought with: What is the meaning of life? Frankl strove with this question too, surely the repugnances of a concentration camp and the loss of one’s entire cosmo will do that to you. But he found that the answer was simple-minded, though there was a problem how the question was constituted. You identify, he said, it is not us who get to ask of the world, “What is the meaning of life? ” Rather, he said, life is demanding that we answer the question with the actions and decisions we compile. That we start wanting in our options and our ideology. I think we organize it in doing our very best to request ourselves with the questions above:

What am I for?

What is my job?

Who do I want to be?

What’s up to me?

What does a good day definitely sounds like?

Some are simpler than others, sure, but the answers rarely are–and the act of expecting is the most important thing.
